Data we collect

We collect your name, email address, and device information needed to secure your account, together with lesson progress, favorites, notes, posts, wallet records, and support requests. We do not use tracking ads or sell personal data.

Use and protection

We use data to authenticate you, protect accounts, deliver courses, synchronize progress, perform requested actions, and provide support. Data is transmitted over HTTPS, and passwords are stored as non-reversible cryptographic hashes.

Deletion and retention

You can delete your account from Settings. Your profile, learning data, notes, posts and device records are deleted, and sign-in credentials are invalidated. Financial records needed for accounting, balance settlement and fraud prevention are retained. Contact support to settle any balance before deleting. Backup copies may remain until their retention cycle expires.

Service providers

Darb uses infrastructure providers for API hosting, database hosting, and video storage. Providers receive only the information needed to operate their services, and Darb does not permit its use for advertising or tracking.
